How to become a member

Membership registration or renewal can be completed via the Teamo app or website. Simply click the 'Register now' button below to be taken to the Trojans registration page.

Payments are administered by the club Teamo app, and can be made by credit card or direct debit. Payments are split into three consecutive monthly instalments.

By becoming a member of the club, you are expected to follow the rules of conduct both on and off the pitch, and these are listed on the website. Our policies follow England Hockey Code of Ethics and Behaviour, as well as Welfare, Safeguarding. Please see www.englandhockey.co.uk

NOTE: If the club membership has been paid via rugby or cricket then please contact the Membership Secretary via membership@trojanshockey.co.uk. Proof of other section membership is required.

Renewal Process for Existing Members

In August/September each player will be asked to opt in for the new season when on Teamo.

All returning members should re-register by 1 September. If you are moving away from the club please let the Membership Secretary know so that you can be removed from the database.

Membership fees will be assigned in September to all member accounts.

You must pay to be eligible for selection and to be insured to play. To pay, in the Teamo app click on your profile and select PAYMENTS.

Data collected on the registration form on Teamo will only be used for club business and will only be shared on a need to know basis with key members of the club. By registering on Teamo each season you are giving consent for your data to be collected. Full information on our GDPR policies can be found on the Club Documents page.

What does my membership pay for?

England Hockey membership - see link for details of the £10 increase mandated by England Hockey for 25/26 and related benefits.
Training - pitch hire, maintenance & coaching
Equipment - first aid kits, ice packs (many!), balls, bibs, cones etc
Competition entries - EHL, South Central League, Indoor & Cup Competitions
Administration costs - DBS checks, Safeguarding Training, First Aid Training.
Access to pre-season and in-season coaching and training sessions.
Membership to Trojans Club - including access to the Squash, Rugby and Cricket sections (section fees may apply)

Match Fees

Match fees will be charged after every game. All will be collected via the teamo app. Late payment of match fees will leave you liable for non-selection.

What do match fees pay for?

Match fees are paid for senior indoor and outdoor fixtures, junior indoor and outdoor fixtures and all friendlies.

Match fees cover:

Pitch hire and coaching for fixtures
Match teas
Umpiring Costs
Mileage costs for away games.

* Juniors that meet the age requirements are eligible to play in the Senior laegue matched on Saturdays. The match fees are higher than the Sunday junior games due to the higher costs for umpiring and the provision of a match tea.
